Blackbaud Appoints CFO Anthony Boor As Interim CEO

(RTTNews) - Blackbaud, Inc. (BLKB) said Monday that it has appointed senior vice president and chief financial officer Anthony Boor as interim president and chief executive officer of the company until a permanent CEO is appointed.

The appointment is effective August 31. Boor will also maintain his responsibilities as CFO.

Boor, 50, joined Blackbaud as senior vice president and chief financial officer in November 2011. Prior to joining the company, he served as an executive with Brightpoint, Inc. beginning in 1999, most recently as its executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer.
