BlackLine Acquires NetNow For Undisclosed Sum

(RTTNews) - Monday, BlackLine, Inc (BL), a cloud-based solutions provider, announced that it has acquired NetNow, an AI-enabled B2B customer onboarding and credit risk management solution, expanding BlackLine's Invoice-to-Cash capabilities and advancing its vision for intelligent, trusted financial operations across the Office of the CFO. The terms of the deal were undisclosed.

By adding NetNow's capabilities, BlackLine can extend its Invoice-to-Cash solution earlier in the customer financial process and better connect credit decisions with receivables and financial outcomes.

NetNow's tools can help companies make faster, more informed credit decisions while improving revenue, risk management, working capital, and cash flow. The acquisition also strengthens BlackLine's AI strategy by adding customer and credit risk intelligence to its financial operations platform.

On the Nasdaq, the shares were trading 1.03 percent up at $28.43.
