BMO Investments Inc. Announces Sub-Advisor Changes to Certain BMO Mutual Funds

TORONTO, Jan. 29, 2018 /CNW/ - BMO Investments Inc. today announced the appointment of sub-advisors for BMO Diversified Income Portfolio, BMO Emerging Markets Bond Fund, BMO Monthly Income Fund and BMO Global Small Cap Fund (the "Funds").

Effective on or about January 31, 2018:

• F&C Management Limited will be appointed as sub-advisor for a portion of each of BMO Diversified Income Portfolio and BMO Monthly Income Fund.
• F&C Management Limited will be appointed as sub-advisor for BMO Emerging Markets Bond Fund and BMO Global Small Cap Fund. Taplin, Canida & Habacht LLC will no longer act as sub-advisor for BMO Emerging Markets Bond Fund.

BMO Asset Management Inc. will remain as the portfolio manager for the Funds.
