Boston Omaha Board Approves $30 Mln Share Buyback Program

(RTTNews) - Friday, Boston Omaha Corp. (BOC), an outdoor billboard advertising business, announced that its Board of Directors has approved and authorized a new share buyback program, pursuant to which the company intends to buy back upto $30 million of its Class A common stock.

The new share repurchase program will start on November 1, replacing the existing program from 2025, which was set to expire on December 31. As of September 10, 2026, the company had repurchased around 1.607 million Class A common shares for about $21 million under the 2025 program.

The program will end on December 31, 2027, or earlier if the company repurchases $30 million worth of Class A common stock, whichever comes first.

In pre-market activity on the NYSE, the shares were trading 0.07 percent lower at $13.53, after closing Thursday's trading 1.39 percent down.
