Brightpoint Enters into Distribution Agreement for Simply Phones with ECCB

On October 24, 2005, Brightpoint Inc. announced a similaragreement authorizing Brightpoint North America L.P. to initiallydistribute ECCB products in the Americas with a provision to includeadditional geographies in the future.
