CACI Int'l Q4 Profit Declines; Backs FY14 Outlook - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - CACI International Inc (CACI), Wednesday reported fourth-quarter net income attributable to the company of $37.9 million, or $1.56 per share, compared to $43.4 million, or $1.59 per share in the comparable quarter prior year.

Adjusted income for the quarter was $50.1 million or $2.06 per share, down from $56.7 million or $2.08 per share in the year-ago period.

Fourth-quarter revenues dropped 3.8% to $912.93 million from $948.87 million in the same quarter last year.

On average, analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected earnings of $1.60 per share on revenues of $927.88 million for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude one-time items.

Looking forward to the full-year 2014, the company reiterated its outlook and expects earnings of $5.70 to $6.10 per share, and revenues of $3.50 billion to $3.70 billion. Analysts currently estimate earnings of $6.40 per share on revenues of $3.70 billion.
