Cadeler Raises FY26 Outlook

(RTTNews) - Cadeler A/S (CDLR, CADLRO.OL, CADLR.OL) revised upwards its revenue and EBITDA guidance for fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, including to reflect management's assessment of the impact of Cadeler's acquisition of Menck from the date of that acquisition on 11 August 2026. Full-year revenue is now expected to be within the range of 910 million to 1.00 billion euros, revised from prior guidance range of 854 million to 944 million euros, which includes an anticipated hammer sale scheduled to complete in December 2026.

The company now expects full-year EBITDA to be within the range of 435 million to 525 million euros, revised from prior guidance range of 420 million to 510 million euros, when excluding costs related to the acquisition and integration of Menck.

At last close on NYSE, Cadeler shares were trading at $25.79, up 2.02%.
