Career Education Names Reid Simpson CFO, SVP - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Career Education Corp. (CECO), a provider of postsecondary education programs and services, Thursday named Reid Simpson as senior vice president and chief financial officer replacing Colleen O'Sullivan.

Prior to joining Career Education, Simpson was senior vice president and chief financial officer of Asset Acceptance Capital Corp. and was instrumental in the sale of the company to Encore Capital Group in 2013.

He had also held senior financial leadership roles, including CFO positions at Aircell, eCollege and CCC Information Services Inc. He has also worked at the Signature Group, Delphi Information Systems Inc. and Dun & Bradstreet Corp.
