Cathay General Bancorp Declares Dividend Of $0.01 Per Share

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Cathay General Bancorp (NASDAQ: CATY) announced today that on August 15, 2013, its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of one cent per common share payable on September 13, 2013, to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 3, 2013.
