CBOE To Buy Livevol's Data And Analytics Platforms
(RTTNews) - Options exchange operator CBOE Holdings Inc (CBOE) on Tuesday said it has agreed to buy the market data services and trading analytics platforms of Livevol Inc. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The deal is expected to close by June 30.
CBOE said the deal would enable it to expand its scope of market data services to include Livevol's innovative platforms and robust trading analytics.
The company said the deal is expected to be accretive to earnings per share in 2016.
