Century Casinos Subsidiary To Bring BetMGM's Sports Betting Platform To Missouri
(RTTNews) - Century Casinos, Inc. (CNTY), Tuesday announced that its subsidiary, Century Casino & Hotel Cape Girardeau, has entered into an agreement with BetMGM, an online sports betting and gaming entertainment company, to bring the latter's sports betting platform to the Missouri market.
With this agreement, Century Casinos expects to leverage its Missouri licenses and deliver premium entertainment experiences to its customers.
As per the terms of the agreement, BetMGM will operate an online and mobile sports betting application under Century's license in Missouri.
Notably, the agreement includes a percentage of net gaming revenue payable to Century, with a guaranteed minimum, as well as retail sportsbook options to be exercised at the company's discretion.
In the pre-market hours, CNTY is trading at $2.10, up 6.06 percent on the Nasdaq.
