    MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 10, 2005--Ceridian, a leader in managed human resource solutions that maximize the value of people, today announced the acquisition of certain assets, including customer contracts for health and welfare accounts, of Stone Partners, Inc., a privately-held company with headquarters in Houston, Texas. Terms of the transaction were not announced.
