Change in the timing of Talvivaara's financial reporting

Talvivaara Mining Company Plc ("Company") announces that the Company will defer the time of the publication of the Interim Report for period January to June 2015.

The Company will publish the financial information release during the morning of Thursday 27 August 2015 contrary to the previously announced publication time on Thursday 27 August 2015 at approximately 7.00 am UK time / 9.00 am Finnish time.
