Change in the Total Number of Shares and Votes in Recipharm AB (publ)

Regulatory News:

In July 2015, the number of shares in Recipharm AB (STO: RECI) ("Recipharm”) has increased by 560,000 shares of series D of which 60,000 shares have been converted into 60,000 shares of series B. All these new shares are currently held by Recipharm for the purpose of securing delivery of shares of series B to participants of Recipharm’s share saving programmes resolved by the Annual General Meeting in 2014 and 2015. The shares of series D will be converted into shares of series B prior to delivery of shares to participants under the share saving programmes.

As of 31 July 2015, the total number of shares in Recipharm amounts to 46 325 256, divided into 12 685 716 shares of series A, 33,139,540 shares of series B and 500 000 shares of series D. The total number of votes in Recipharm as of 31 July 2015 amounts to 160,496,700.
