Change of the number of shares and votes in Karo Pharma

Karo Pharma AB (STO:KARO) today announces that the company’s total number of shares as per May 31, 2016 amounts to 63,907, 194 shares, corresponding to an equal number of votes. The increase in the number of shares and votes results from the recently completed share issues of 13,981,439 shares. Both issues were announced on February 12, 2016.
