Cherokee Inc. Enters into License Agreement with Pan Oceanic Eyewear for Its Sideout Brand
Cherokee Inc. (NASDAQ: CHKE), a leading licensor and global brand management company, today announced that it has entered into an exclusive license agreement with Pan Oceanic Eyewear in the U.S. for sunglasses and swim and snow goggles. For over 40 years Pan Oceanic has been at the forefront of fashion and trends.
Elliot Mizrahi, President of Pan Oceanic Eyewear, said, "Pan Oceanic is excited about the partnership with Cherokee to market the Sideout brand. First to market will be men’s and women’s sport lifestyle eyewear followed by children’s sun, swim and ski wear. Sideout will be a popular priced brand, offering as many high tech features and looks as the more upscale brands.”
