CIBER Adds SAP Consultants in Sweden

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo., June 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CIBER, Inc. today announced that its Swedish subsidiary has today added 15 employees from Arete AB, a subsidiary of Nocom AB of Stockholm, Sweden.

"We have been operating in Sweden for over 10 years, but not until recently have we been active in Sweden with SAP-related services. This addition gives us the ability to be added to frame agreements with major Swedish clients," said Terje Laugerud, CIBER Europe's Chief Executive Officer. This addition will speed up the growth of our Scandinavian SAP capabilities, particularly to the financial, manufacturing and telecom industries."

As part of the transfer, CIBER purchased fixed assets of Arete from Nocom for approximately $100,000. The transfer is subject to an additional payment based on the operating contribution of these employees from June 1 to December 31, 2005.
