Ciena Corp. Profit Rises 24% In Q3

(RTTNews) - Ciena Corp. (CIEN) reported a profit for its third quarter that climbed from last year.

The company said its bottom line advanced to $50.73 million, or $0.37 per share. This was up from $40.90 million, or $0.32 per share, in last year's third quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 0.1% to $602.93 million. This was down from $603.56 million last year.
