Contracted Sales

-- From January to June 2013, the Group achieved contracted sales and contracted GFA of approximately RMB 7.16 billion and 715,000 sq.m., respectively. Contracted ASP from January to June 2013 was approximately RMB 10,013 /sq.m. During the period, breakdowns of the Group's contracted sales were as follow:

-- The Group's contracted sales in the first six months of 2013 represent a year-on-year increase of 96% over the contracted sales in the same period in 2012. During the first six months of 2013, the Group completed approximately 57% of its full year 2013 contracted sales target (made in the beginning of this year) of RMB 12.5 billion.

-- In June 2013, the Group achieved contracted sales of approximately RMB 1.47 billion and contracted GFA of approximately 140,000 sq.m. Contracted ASP in June 2013 was approximately RMB 10,500 /sq.m. The Group's contracted sales for June 2013 represents a year-on-year increase of approximately 29% (compared to June 2012).
