Citi Appointed Depositary Bank for DBV Technologies’ ADR Programme

Citi’s (NYSE symbol: C) Issuer Services business, acting through Citibank N.A., has been appointed by DBV TECHNOLOGIES S.A. ("DBV Technologies”), a clinical-stage specialty biopharmaceutical company as depositary bank for their NASDAQ listed American Depositary Receipt (ADR) programme. DBV Technologies American Depositary Shares are listed on NASDAQ Global Select Market under symbol "DBVT”. The underlying ordinary shares are listed on Euronext Paris and trade under symbol "DBV”.
