ClearLite® Signs Logistics Agreement with Televes Internacional to Provide Order-Fulfillment, Distribution and Logistics Services for ClearLite® Branded Products in Mexico

Clear-Lite Holdings, Inc. ("ClearLite”) (OTCBB: CLRH), a leading innovator of eco-friendly lighting, today announced its wholly owned subsidiary, TAG Industries, Inc., has signed a seven year Logistics Agreement with Televes Internacional S.A. de C.V. ("Televes") of Mexico. Televes will provide order-fulfillment, distribution and logistics services throughout Mexico for ClearLite’s line of eco-friendly lighting products, including the new ArmorLite™: A Safer CFL™ product line.

As the Company's fulfillment, distribution and logistics services provider, Televes will sell and manage the direct import business of ClearLite branded products in retail markets in Mexico. Televes distributes products to major US retail chains in Mexico including big box, membership warehouse club, office supply, and home improvement chains.
