NEW YORK, Nov. 7, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE:CNS) announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2019 in the amount of $0.36 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on December 3, 2019 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 18, 2019.

In addition, the company's Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend in the amount of $2.00 per share of common stock. The special dividend will also be payable on December 3, 2019 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 18, 2019.
