Cohen & Steers To Separate Chairman & CEO Roles; Robert Steers Named CEO

(RTTNews) - Cohen & Steers, Inc. (CNS) said that, Martin Cohen, currently co-Chairman and co-chief executive officer, would become Executive Chairman of the company with effect from January 1, 2014. Robert Steers, the present co-Chairman and co-CEO, would be the sole CEO, accountable for day-to-day leadership and management of the firm.

Cohen would continue to work closely with the board, teers and the executive team that is in place to guide the company's future growth.
