Columbia Property Trust Q4 FFO Rises - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Columbia Property Trust, Inc. (CXP) Wednesday reported fourth-quarter funds from operations, or FFO, of $59.40 million or $0.46 per share, up from $60.81 million or $0.44 per share in the same period last year.

Normalized FFO for the quarter totaled $67.42 million or $0.52 per share. Adjusted FFO for the quarter was $0.35 per share.

Revenues increased to $133.39 million from $125.50 million last year.

Looking ahead to the fiscal year 2014, the company currently projects normalized FFO in the range of $1.90 to $1.98 per share, with earnings in the order of $0.47 to $0.51 per share.
