Communications Systems, Inc. Announces Payment of Quarterly Dividend

MINNETONKA, Minn., Aug. 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Communications Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: JCS – News) announced today that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $.16 per share of common stock payable to shareholders of record on September 16, 2013. The dividend will be distributed on October 1, 2013.
