Conifer Health Solutions to Present Leadership Case Study at Healthcare Financial Management Association Symposium

How do you turn the 30-year-old Patient Financial Services division of Tenet Healthcare Corp. into the nimble operating subsidiary Conifer Health Solutions? Stephen M. Mooney, President of Revenue Cycle Solutions at Conifer, will explain how he relied on the company’s people, processes and technology to build their "new” organization during a leadership case study presentation at the 12^th Annual HFMA Region 11 Healthcare Symposium, sponsored by the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). Mooney has served as President of Revenue Cycle Solutions at Conifer since it was formed in 2008, after leading its predecessor organization – Tenet Patient Financial Services – since 2004. He has been with Conifer and Tenet for 19 years and has held various leadership roles within revenue cycle management.
