Constellation Energy names Michelle McKenna Chief Information Officer
Constellation Energy (NYSE: CEG) today announced that it has named Michelle Robinette McKenna chief information officer (CIO). Most recently, McKenna served as president of Vision Interactive Media Group in Orlando, Fla. In her role as CIO, McKenna will work with the IT leadership team to continue delivering operational excellence and innovative technology solutions. McKenna will report to Jack Thayer, senior vice president, chief financial officer, Constellation Energy.
McKenna brings extensive experience in driving organizational change and launching major business initiatives. Her track record of strong leadership will be invaluable in continuing to drive a high performance culture. Before joining Vision Interactive Media Group, she served in various senior management and information technology roles at several FORTUNE 500 corporations. This included serving as senior vice president and chief information officer, for Universal Studios and Centex Homes, as well as vice president, information technology, for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts.
"I am confident that Michelle’s seasoned business, marketing and technology acumen coupled with the capability and technical leadership in our IT organization will further our efforts to drive customer engagement and position the business for significant growth,” Thayer said.
