ConvergeOne To Be Acquired By CVC Fund VII In $1.8 Bln Deal - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - ConvergeOne Holdings, Inc. (CVON) announced a definitive agreement to be acquired by affiliates of CVC Fund VII in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $1.8 billion. The affiliates of CVC will commence a tender offer for all of the outstanding shares of ConvergeOne in an all-cash transaction valued at $12.50 per share of common stock.

ConvergeOne is a global IT services provider of collaboration and technology solutions for large and medium enterprises with decades of experience assisting customers to transform their digital infrastructure and realize a return on investment. ConvergeOne expects the transaction to close in the fourth quarter of 2018 or the first quarter of 2019.
