   M3 Communications Group/Bulgarian Decotex invests EUR 35 millions in green housing project replacing the unbuilt hospital in Sliven

   August 25th, 2008 - Sliven, Bulgaria. The mayor of Sliven, legendary former soccer player of Hamburger SV, Yordan Lechkov and the investors from Decotex company launched today Twida Gardens project.

   Mr. Lechkov, Mr. Vassil Yovchev, Executive Director and Mr. Rami Evar, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Decotex JSC, pushed the symbolic detonation button to destroy an old communist style and unfinished hospital almost outside the city in South Bulgaria, some 100 km from the Black sea coast.

   The demolition in fact has started an ambitious project for building a housing complex called Twida Gardens. The construction work will be executed in 3 phases. The last one will be done in 2014. The investors are sure that the new complex will be the best place for living in Sliven.

   Located on about 80,000 sq. meters, Twida Gardens offers luxurious tenements - apartments and villas, shopping arcade, gardens and recreation spots. The center is planned to be large and green pedestrian park. Designs include gardens, children`s playgrounds, swimming pool, fitness hall, sauna, spa center, as well as basketball court and other sport facilities. The shopping arcade covers an area of about 3,000-6,000 sq. meters of shops and will offer services to all the public.

   "Twida Gardens complex` location will be preferred choice because of the fresh air and the peace the area offers. We are engaged also with some social projects. One is about building 70 tenements for families in extreme need. These tenements are 3,600 sq. meters total build up area and are built for Sliven Municipality. We also attend to help the restoration of the archaeological museum "Twida" near Sliven" - Rami Evar, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Decotex JSC said.
