Country Style Interim CFO Flora Zeng To Resign

(RTTNews) - Country Style Cooking Restaurant Chain Co Ltd (CCSC), a quick service restaurant chain in China, on Tuesday said its interim Chief Financial Officer Flora Zeng is resigning due to personal reasons, effective June 30.

The company said it has begun the search for a successor to Zeng. In the meantime, Xingqiang Zhang, chief executive officer of the company, will take over Zeng's responsibilities and serve as acting CFO.

The company noted that there were no disagreements between Zeng and the company and that her departure is not related to the company's operations or any issues regarding the integrity of its financial statements or accounting policies.
