CSC Positioned in ‘Leaders’ Quadrant of Leading Industry Analyst Firm’s North America SAP ERP Implementation Services Report
CSC (NYSE: CSC) announced today that it has been positioned in the "leaders” quadrant of the Gartner report, Magic Quadrant for SAP ERP Implementation Service Providers, North America. The report published on November 2, 2010, reviewed 21 vendors of SAP ERP implementation services in North America.
According to Gartner, "Demand for SAP implementation services has returned strongly in 2010 after a dismal 2009. There was a lot of pent-up demand for rollouts, upgrades, consolidation and harmonization.” They later write, "SAP ERP implementation for the core modules is a fairly mature market, as leading ESPs (external service providers) have done this since the 1990s. The challenge is to implement them more quickly, for less money, and to ensure they bring about the business benefits promised.”
"Our highly experienced SAP staff puts a great deal of focus on delivering quality results to our clients,” said Jeff Sagraves, vice president, Global SAP Operations, CSC. "CSC has a proven track record of providing cost-effective industry specific solutions across the full life cycle of SAP services that allow clients to improve their performance and meet business needs.”
The report was authored by Susan Tan and Alex Soejarto and covers leading companies in SAP ERP initiatives in North America.
