Curtiss-Wright Announces New Segment Structure; Issues 2014 Guidance

(RTTNews) - Curtiss-Wright Corp. (CW) announced its transition to a new segment structure. The company will be comprised of Commercial/Industrial, Defense and Energy segments effective January 1, 2014. Curtiss-Wright also issued its initial 2014 guidance, and reaffirmed full year 2013 guidance.

On a continuing operations basis, the company expects fiscal 2014 earnings per share in the range of $3.20-$3.35. Total sales are expected to be in the range of $2.65 billion-$2.70 billion. Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expect the company to report fiscal 2014 profit per share of $3.27, on revenue of $2.64 billion.

Curtiss-Wright reaffirmed its full year 2013 guidance for sales, operating income, earnings per share and free cash flow.
