Curtiss-Wright Expands Stock Buyback Program To $300 Mln

(RTTNews) - Curtiss-Wright Corp. (CW) said Wednesday that it is expanding its share repurchase program to $300 million, an increase of an additional $100 million available under the current authorization.

The company continues to execute on the prevailing $200 million repurchase program, initiated in January and expected to be completed this year under its existing 10b5-1 program.

The company expects its 2015 repurchase activity to more than offset the potential dilution from compensation plans, which is estimated to be about one million shares, consistent with 2014.

Through this date, the company has repurchased about 1.4 million shares in 2015 for an aggregate purchase price of $100.3 million.
