Thomas Gudel resigns from Asian Bamboo AG as Supervisory Board member

Hamburg, 7 January 2016 - The Supervisory Board of Asian Bamboo AG ("Asian Bamboo", "the Company") informs that the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the company - Mr. Thomas Gudel - has tendered his resignation as Supervisory Board member to the local court of Hamburg. The remaining Supervisory Board members will as soon as possible submit an application pursuant to § 104 AktG to the local court of Hamburg to replace Thomas Gudel. The Supervisory Board also wants to install a new Management Board (CEO) to replace the former sole director who resigned with effect 1 January 2016 once the Supervisory Board has a quorum.
