Yesterday - in line with the WCO-II plan, approved by the Commercial Court of Ostend in 22-04-2014 - Electrawinds NV has effectively sold its 100% participation in Electrawinds Africa and Indian Ocean Islands (Pty)Ltd to Tombolo Energy (Pty)Ltd, a South African commercial company. Electrawinds Africa and Indian Ocean Islands owns the operational wind turbine in Port Elizabeth and is the 100% shareholder of Electrawinds Coega (Pty)Ltd, Electrawinds Coega Sonop (Pty) Ltd and Seweco (Pty)Ltd.
