HolidayCheck Group AG publishes preliminary financial results 2017 - operating EBITDA determined to be above full-year guidance

München, 31 January 2018 - According to preliminary figures, HolidayCheck Group AG experienced a consolidated group revenue in financial 2017 of EUR 121.6 Million versus EUR 107.3 Million in FY 2016 (+13.3 percent). Consolidated operating EBITDA (operating Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortisation) is expected at EUR 1.5 Million versus EUR 2.7 Million in FY 2016 (-44.4 percent).

Expected operating EBITDA for FY 2017 is notably higher than previously guided in December 2017. The primary driver is better than expected commission payments. As a result of these payments and overall favorable Q4 business conditions consolidated group revenue exceeded our previous guidance of 7 to 11 percent revenue growth.

The final results for financial 2017 will be published on March 21, 2018.
