Schaltbau Holding AG: Supervisory Board delegates Helmut Meyer to the Executive Board

Munich, 24 November 2016. At an extraordinary meeting held today, the Supervisory Board of Schaltbau Holding AG unanimously decided to delegate one of its members, Mr Helmut Meyer, to serve on the Executive Board for a period of six months. With immediate effect, but no later than 1 December 2016, as defined by Section 105 subsection 1 sentence 2 of the Stock Corporation Act (AktG), Mr Meyer has therefore been appointed to represent Dr Jürgen Cammann, who has resigned from his position as Spokesman of the Executive Board with effect from 30 November 2016. Mr Meyer has also been appointed Spokesman of the Executive Board to replace Dr Cammann.

Mr Ralf Klädtke is a further member of the Executive Board and continues in the same function. Once Mr Thomas Dippold has taken up the function of CFO with effect from 1 January 2017, the Executive Board will again comprise three members. With the appointment of Helmut Meyer and Thomas Dippold, the Supervisory Board has ensured the Executive Board's unrestricted ability to act as well as its constructive cooperation with the Supervisory Board in order to continue successfully developing the Schaltbau Group.
