Resignation of Supervisory Board Members

Viona Brandt, Chairlady of the Supervisory Board of Snowbird AG and Thomas Bieri, member of the Supervisory Board of Snowbird AG, today informed the management of the company that they will resign from the Supervisory Board effective 21 October 2016.

The Management Board will try to replace the vacant positions of the Supervisory Board as soon as possible.
