The Supervisory Board of Tele Columbus AG (ISIN: DE000TCAG172, WKN: TCAG17) agreed with the Company's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on the prolongation of their management contracts ahead of time. The contract of CEO Ronny Verhelst will be extended by three years to September 2019. The contract of Frank Posnanski, CFO of the Company, will be prolonged by four years to September 2020. Ronny Verhelst started as CEO of Tele Columbus Group on 1 April 2011 and became CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of Tele Columbus AG with change of its corporate form on 12 September 2014. Frank Posnanski joined on 1 September 2011 as CFO of Tele Columbus Group and became CFO and Member of the Management Board of Tele Columbus AG with change of its corporate form on 12 September 2014.
