Changes in the Supervisory Board

Frankfurt, 20 September 2016 - The chairman of the supervisory board of ZhongDe Waste Technology AG, Mr. Gerrit Kaufhold, as well as the vice chairman of the supervisory board of ZhongDe Waste Technology AG, Prof. Dr. Ing. Bernd Neukirchen resign by mutual agreement from their office as per 30 September 2016.

The management board of ZhongDe Waste Technology AG is going to file an application to the local court of Frankfurt/Main to appoint new supervisory board members pursuant to sec. 104 Stock Corporation Act (AktG).

The management board respects the decision of Mr. Kaufhold und Prof. Dr. Ing. Neukirchen and thanks them explicitly for their cooperation and their support of the company.
