DGAP-News: All for One Steeb AG: Figures for the 9-Month Period 2015/16. Further Gains in Revenues and Earnings

Filderstadt, 1 August 2016 - All for One Steeb AG, the Number 1 in the German-speaking SAP market, today publishes its (unaudited) results for the period 1 October 2015 to 30 June 2016.
All for One Steeb improved revenues 11% from EUR 180.4 million to 199.9 million in the 9-month reporting period of the financial year 2015/16. Sales revenues from outsourcing and cloud services including software maintenance increased 6% to EUR 87.3 million (Oct 2014 - Jun 2015: EUR 82.4 million) and account for a 44% share of total sales (Oct 2014 - Jun 2015: 46%). The 9-month revenues from the sale of software licenses totalled EUR 25.0 million (Oct 2014 - Jun 2015: EUR 21.5 million) for a gain of 16%. Consulting revenues improved 15% to EUR 83.6 million (Oct 2014 - Jun 2015: EUR 72.9 million).
The EBIT increased 1% to EUR 14.6 million for an EBIT margin of 7.3% (Oct 2014 - Jun 2015: 8.0%). The EBT posted a gain of 8% to EUR 13.1 million (Oct 2014 - Jun 2015: EUR 12.2 million). Earnings after tax improved 8% to EUR 9.6 million (Oct 2014 - Jun 2015: EUR 8.8 million). The equity ratio as at 30 June 2016 was 39% (30 September 2015: 32%). The number of employees rose to 1,271 (30 June 2015: 1,184). Revenues increased 7% to EUR 64.5 million in the 3rd quarter of 2015/16 (Apr - Jun 2014/15: EUR 60.1 million), while the corresponding EBIT of EUR 4.2 million remained at the prior year level.
