Update zum Radcliff Minenprojekt und Gewährung von Aktienoptionen

10. Juni 2015; Vancouver, B.C., Kanada: CMC Metals Ltd. (das "Unternehmen";

TSX-V: CMB; Frankfurt: ZM5.F) gibt hiermit bekannt, dass Pruett Ballarat

Inc. (PBI) ein Update über die Fortschritte beim Radcliff Projekt gegeben

hat und dass PBI in Verhandlungen mit einer Schmelzerei ("smelter") steht,

die sich in LKW-Distanz zum Radcliff Projekt befindet, sodass

mineralisiertes Gestein aus dem aktuellen Untergrund-Minenabbau direkt

dorthin transportiert werden kann.

Eine grössere Gesteinsprobe ("bulk sample") aus der Radcliff Mine wurde

bereits an die Schmelzerei zur Analyse verschickt, wobei auch ein Besuch

vor Ort ("site visit") von Schmelzerei-Repräsentanten noch ansteht. Die

Entwicklungsarbeiten untertage in der mineralisierten Zone, die mit dem

5510 Level-Zugangsstollen ("adit") angefahren wurde, sind weiterhin im

vollen Gange.

Das Unternehmen möchte zudem bekanntgeben, dass 1 Mio. Aktienoptionen

("incentive options") an Berater gewährt wurden gemäss dem "Rolling Stock

Option"-Plans des Unternehmens, welcher Plan während der letzten

Jahreshauptversammlung am 19. August 2014 akzeptiert wurde. Die gewährten

Optionen verfallen in zwei Jahren am 10. Juni 2017, ausübbar zum Preis von

$0,06 pro Aktie. Diese Transaktion hängt von der Genehmigung der

TSX-Venture Börse ab.
