CR Capital Real Estate AG: Free capital reserve from capital reserve increases latitude for dividend payments
 
Berlin, 24 October 2017 - The reduction in CR Capital Real Estate AG's share capital resolved at its ordinary general meeting on 15 August 2017 from EUR 18,783,778 to EUR 1,878,377 was entered in the commercial register on 4 October 2017. As part of the reduction, eight shares of the company were withdrawn and for the remaining 18,783,770 shares ten no-par value bearer shares in each case were compounded to form one no-par value bearer share. The company now has a total of 1,878,377 no-par value bearer shares in circulation.
 
With effect from 24 October 2017 the listing for the shares will be converted in the ratio of 10:1 on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's Basic Board. The ISIN and WKN (German Securities Code) will change as follows as part of the capital reduction: ISIN DE000A2GS625 / WKN: A2GS62.
 
The capital reduction aims to create a free capital reserve, thus increasing the latitude for dividend disbursements.
