- An improvement in net profits with a slight downturn in sales

- 2015 was the most successful year for the Business Unit Payment Solutions

Dusseldorf, 01 July 2016 - The Management Board of net mobile AG (ISIN: DE0008137852) reported on the preceding financial year and the positive impact of restructuring measures during the past two years at yesterday's annual general meeting.

A significant improvement in net profit

CEO Edgar Schnorpfeil used his speech to focus on the important events of the last financial year and the development of the Group's results. The restructuring of the past two years showed its effects in recent months. Compared to last year, net mobile AG was able to achieve a significant improvement in net profit. Although Group sales of EUR 117.5 million were down by 7.7% compared to the previous year, operating profit was improved. net mobile AG was able to generate an EBIT of EUR 3.2 million at the end of the financial year 2015, according to Schnorpfeil.

More Google Carrier Billing integrations

The sector Payment Solutions showed particularly positive results during the financial year. 2015 was the most successful year for this business unit in the history of the net mobile Group. The company could also open up new markets in 2015 and implement a total of 16 new Direct Carrier Billing contracts with major mobile operators around the world.

Large majority approve squeeze-out

Furthermore at yesterday's General Meeting a large majority voted for the transfer of shares of minority shareholders to the main shareholder, DOCOMO Digital GmbH. In all 99.8278% of those present representing share capital voted for a transfer of shares.

At the point of voting at the Annual General Meeting, 11,944,355 of voting shares amounting to EUR 11,944,355 of the share capital of net mobile AG were represented. This corresponds to 95.95% of the share capital of the Company.
