Business Update, Change of Contact Details and Appendix 3B

Pyrolyx AG (Pyrolyx or the Company, ASX: PLX) is currently commissioning the various systems at our Terre Haute, Indiana Facility. The commissioning process is progressing as expected with all equipment delivered and installed. The primary remaining focus is on safety and the control system software. Pyrolyx anticipates product shipments to customers the week of September 16, 2019.

Pyrolyx's Chief Operating Office James Van Laar said, "Completing commissioning and working through facility startup has been progressing well. This is the first recovered carbon black facility of its size in North America and the Pyrolyx team is extremely excited to be bringing our environmentally sustainable technology to the North American market."

Quotation of Securities
Further to its announcement to the ASX dated 30 July 2019, Pyrolyx securities were released from mandatory restriction on 16 August 2019. Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 2.8.2, the Company attaches an Appendix 3B seeking quotation of the Chess Depositary Interests released from escrow.
