Change in Snowbird's Supervisory Board: Mr. Li Gang follows to Ms. Yao Xiaoman

Hamburg, 06 June 2016 - Snowbird, one of the leading down processors listed in the Prime Standard Segment at Frankfurt Stock Exchange (ISIN: DE000A1PHEL8) announces personnel changes in the Supervisory Board.



Mr. Li Gang, born in 1959, replaces Ms. Yao Xiaoman who resigned from her position due to personal reasons. Mr. Li is an expert in the garment industry where he works since 2002 and since then holds leading positions in the Henan Province Garment Industry Association. Currently he acts as the president of the Garment Industry Association of Henan Province. He also received a couple of rewards, e.g. he is the winner of the "Labor Day Medal of Henan Province" in 2016, he was rewarded the "Outstanding Association of Workers of Henan Province", he was granted the "Special Contribution Award for Garment Industry of Henan Province", the "Excellent Scholar of China Garment Industry" and the "Advanced Workers of China Textile Industry Association" honor.

The other members of the Supervisory Board, Viona Brandt (Chairlady) and Thomas Bieri will remain unchanged.
