UET United Electronic Technology AG (ISIN: DE000A0LBKW6), Eschborn, publishes audited annual financial statements for the fiscal year 2016.

Following the preliminary UET annual report from July 21st 2017, today the UET Group publishes the final and audited financial statement for the UET Group as well as the annual accounts for the United Electronic Technology AG for the fiscal year 2016. Both statements include the unrestricted auditing statement.

The annual report 2016 as well as the financial statement for the fiscal year 2016 can be retrieved from the corporation's website by December 28th 2017 (www.uet-group.com) under Investor Relations/Financial Reports.

The next Annual General Meeting will take place on February 15th 2018 in Eschborn. An invitation will follow in a timely manner.
