ZhongDe Waste Technology AG: New members of the Supervisory Board

Frankfurt, 27 October 2016 - Upon corresponding application, the Local Court in Frankfurt/Main has appointed Mr Prof. Chuantong Li, Mr Triomphe Zheng Lin and Ms Li Zhuang as members of the Supervisory Board until the end of the next ordinary Annual General Meeting. They follow Gerrit Kaufhold, Prof. Dr. Ing. Bernd Neukirchen and Feng-chang Chang, who had resigned from their offices. The Supervisory Board has elected Mr Prof. Chuantong Li to its chairman and Mr Triomphe Zheng Lin to the deputy chairman.

Prof. Chuantong Li was professor at the Nanjing Normal University in the department of power engineering and mechanical engineering until March 2015. Triomphe Zheng Lin is founding partner and certified auditor (CPA) at Moore Stephans Dahua in Fujian, China. Li Zuhang is associate Director at Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management.
