Alexanderwerk Produktions GmbH, Remscheid, Germany informed us on January 11, 2016 pursuant to Art. 27a(1) WpHG thereby making reference to the exceedance of the threshold of 10% or a higher threshold from December 18, 2015, as follows:

'We informed on December 18, 2015 that via shares the voting rights of Alexanderwerk Produktions GmbH on Alexanderwerk AG, Remscheid, Germany, ISIN: DE0005032007, have exceeded the 10%, 15% and 20% threshold of the voting rights on December 18, 2015 and on that day amounted to exactly 20,04% (this corresponds to 360.760 voting rights). Additionally we inform according to Art. 27a paragraph WpHG as follows:

* The investment is used to realize trading profits as well as investment of assets.

* We do intend to obtain further voting rights by acquisition or any other way.

* We do currently not intend to influence the composition of the issuers' administration, management or supervisory board.

* We do also not intend to change the capital structure of Alexanderwerk AG, especially with regards to the ratio of internal/outside financing and the dividend policy.

* The acquisiting of the voting rights is financed by 100% through equity capital.'
