Notification according to Section 27a para. 2 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) with the Aim of a Europe-wide distribution

With reference to the voting rights notification (group notification) of July 5, 2016 of Ameriprise Financial, Inc, Corporate Trust Center, 1029 Orange Street, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA (exceeding of the limit of 10% on July 29, 2016), Ameriprise Financial, Inc. notified Tele Columbus AG according to Section 27a WpHG of the following:

1. The Notifying Party does not directly hold any voting rights in the Issuer. All voting rights are fully attributed from subsidiaries of the Notifying Party that manage the funds holding voting rights directly according to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG from subsidiaries.

2. The investment of the Notifying Party's - a management firm that invests on behalf of its clients - is solely aimed at generating trading profits.

3. The Notifying Party does not currently intend to acquire further voting rights within the next twelve months by means of a purchase or by any other means.

However, it is possible that further voting rights, and if so, most likely within the next twelve months, are purchased, provided that the purchase of voting rights is deemed beneficial to the Notifying Party's clients

These voting rights would then again be fully attributed to the Notifying Party.

4. The Notifying Party does not intend to exert any influence on the appointment or removal of members of the Issuer's administrative, managing and supervisory bodies.

5. The Notifying Party does not intend to pursue a material change in the Issuer's capital structure, in particular as regards the ratio between own funds and external funds and the dividend policy.

6. The voting rights were acquired with funds of the Funds managed by subsidiaries of the Notifying Party. Therefore, the Notifying Party did not raise any equity or debt funds for the acquisition of the voting rights.
